QUALITY CONTROL (QC) AND QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) SYSTEM
Aayat International has its own “Quality Control” (QC) and “Quality Assurance” (QA) systems in place. This ensures that the finished product is up to par with the buyer’s expectation and specifications. We maintain “Quality Control” (QC) and “Quality Assurance” (QA) using the following two separate teams:
FACTORY / INTERNAL QUALITY TEAM
The internal quality teams are exclusive to the factory and controlled by the factory in charge. Each team is headed by a quality control manager who oversees the roles of a quality control officer and five quality inspectors per production line. Each team is responsible for complete garment inspection in-line and in the finishing section. Our teams always keep hourly records and ensure quality and styling as per buyer approved samples. We also conduct hourly inspections and provide a daily final report to the “Head Office Quality Control Team.”
HEAD OFFICE QUALITY CONTROL TEAM
The “Head Office Quality Control Team” is lead by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shanin Group. This team is comprised of several quality control managers, deputy managers, assistant managers and factory wise quality control personnel. The quality control managers sign off on samples based on the pre-production samples and hold preproduction meetings with the factory/internal quality teams to ensure that every level of the production process is working in sync. The team performs random
checking, inline inspections and pre-final inspections. Finally, the Head Office Quality Control Team conducts its own pre-final and final audit with AQL 2.5 and sometimes AQL 1.5, if required.
